After Visiting Rwanda, I discovered many hidden gems and things my fellow Kenyans would like to experience.

When I was posting my Videos on YouTube sharing my experiences, many people reached out to me asking if I could curate a budget friendly tour to help other people go and enjoy Rwanda in General.

The long wait is over now. On this Easter of 2026, I have organized a Rwanda Easter Trip. I, personally will be taking my fans and clients of Asad Experience Tours to witness the Beauty of Rwanda.

Twende Rwanda This Easter Itinerary:
Starting on the 2nd April, ending on the 7th April
The Journey will start from Nairobi CBD at the Trinity Express bus stop at exactly 11:30 AM.
This bus takes 24 hours to Kigali, the Capital city of Rwanda

DAY 1 (3rd April)

Kigali City Tour & Drive to Nyanza

This day introduces Rwanda through Kigali city before heading south.
On Arrival, we will do:
1. Kigali City Tour
2. Visit BK Arena: Rwanda’s modern sports and events venue
3. Visit Fazenda National Park for leisure and panoramic city views
4. Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial to understand Rwanda’s history
5. Visit Kigali Art Center, showcasing local art and culture
6. Have some Refreshments in Kigali
Drive from Kigali to Nyanza through Rwanda’s scenic countryside.
In the Evening after the arrival in Nyanza
We will have Dinner and rest at the Irebero Boutique Hotel (Nyanza)

DAY 2 (4th April):

Nyanza Royal Heritage & Nyungwe Forest

This day combines royal history and rainforest adventure.
In the Morning:
1. We will have Breakfast at the hotel
2. Visit the King’s Palace Museum
3. Learn about Rwanda’s monarchy
4. See traditional architecture and Inyambo cows
Afternoon:
We will drive from Nyanza to Nyungwe National Park
And Have Lunch en route or on arrival
In the Evening:
Nyungwe Canopy Walk Experience
1. Walk above the ancient rainforest
2. Enjoy breathtaking views
We will drive to Karongi Overnight to the Tuana Hotel – The Phulin Resort (Karongi)

DAY 3 (5th April):

Karongi – Gisenyi – Bigogwe – Musanze

This day focuses on Lake Kivu and rural life experiences.
In The Morning
We will have Breakfast
Have a Scenic drive from Karongi to Gisenyi along Lake Kivu.
Midday
1. Boat ride on Lake Kivu
2. Lunch by the lakeside
Afternoon:
We will drive to Bigogwe
1. Bigogwe Cow Experience
2. Learn about traditional cattle farming
3. Interact with local communities
Continue to Musanze Overnight at Best View Hotel (Musanze)

DAY 4 (6th April)

Volcanoes Region Cultural Experience

This is a full cultural and conservation day.
In the Morning:
1. We will have Breakfast
2. Visit Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund / Tomb
3. Learn about gorilla conservation and Dian Fossey’s legacy
Late Morning / Afternoon
1. Visit Gorilla Guardians Village
2. Traditional dances
3. Community interaction
4. Lunch in Musanze
Evening:
Relaxation and dinner
Overnight at Best View Hotel (Musanze)

DAY 5 (7th April):

Departure Day

In the Morning:
